What 4truck does, how it connects to the tools you already run, and how your data is handled.
4truck is vehicle management and operations software for trucking carriers. Fleet, dispatch, safety, HR, accounting, recruiting and drivers work in one place, on top of the telematics the carrier already runs.
It is built and operated by ABC LEGACY LLC, a software company in Wyoming, USA. More on the About page.
Create your company on the sign-in page with an email address or a Google account. Then connect a telematics provider or add your vehicles by hand, and invite your team.
You can also create a company by sending /register to the 4truck Telegram bot.
No. You can add trucks, trailers and other vehicles by hand and use 4truck without one. Live locations, fault codes and other device data need a connected provider.
A value you enter by hand always wins over what a provider sends later.
The dashboard and the Telegram mini app are available in English, Spanish, French, Russian, Ukrainian, Uzbek, Somali, Amharic and Punjabi. Each person picks their own language.
You can connect Samsara and ORIENT ELD today. Each company in your account connects with its own key, on the Integrations page.
The Samsara name is a trademark of Samsara, Inc.; 4truck is an independent product.
Yes, with Datatruck. Drivers, trucks, trailers, orders and work orders come across into 4truck when you press Sync now on the Integrations page.
Yes. On the Storage page you can connect your Google Drive and keep documents there, beside 4truck's own storage or in its place. 4truck asks Google only for access to the files it works with, not your whole Drive.
You can disconnect at any time, and the files stay in your Drive.
The bot sends alerts to the people and group chats you choose, answers quick questions about your vehicles, and gives drivers their own tools, such as pre-trip inspections. It can also sign you in to the dashboard.
People on the road use the 4truck mini app inside Telegram: the map, vehicles, pre-trip inspections, alerts, scorecards, the assistant and their profile. The full dashboard also works in a phone's browser.
There is no separate app in the App Store or Google Play.
Yes: 4truck for Chrome, a side panel with your live map, on the Chrome Web Store. Connect it from your Profile in the dashboard; disconnect it from the panel or from Profile → Active sessions.
Yes. 4truck comes with roles for owners, admins, fleet, safety, dispatch, HR, accounting, recruiting and drivers, and you can rename them or create your own. A role decides which parts of 4truck a person can open and what they can change.
Yes. In Team Management you choose which of your companies each member works with, and whether they see all of those companies' trucks or only the ones assigned to them. A driver belongs to one company. Owners are never limited.
From Team Management, send an invite by email or share an invite link. People join with an email address, a Google account or Telegram, and you can prepare their role and access before they accept.
Yes. One account can hold several companies, each with its own data and its own telematics keys. How many companies an account can hold depends on its plan.
Yes. Your recruiter shares a link to an online application. It takes the applicant through ten sections, from qualifications, licence and experience to employment history, accidents and violations, the PSP and FCRA disclosures, and the consents and signature. The application and its documents land in your account's storage, and the applicant can check its status afterwards.
Yes. Each driver has a file for the CDL, medical card, MVR, drug screen, background check and training certificates, with reminders before a document expires. When a driver leaves, the file is archived, not deleted.
4truck organizes the files; keeping them complete and current remains the carrier's responsibility, as the Terms of Service set out.
4truck shows the hours-of-service data your ELD provider reports. It is not an ELD itself and does not calculate hours of its own.
You do. The Terms of Service say you keep ownership of everything you upload, and 4truck processes it only to provide the service to you. We do not sell your personal information; see the Privacy Policy.
Some features use an AI model: the assistant that answers questions about your account, turning a shop invoice into a work order, filing vehicle documents, importing spreadsheets, and reading dashcam and inspection photos. For each request only the data it needs is sent to Google Cloud, which processes it for us and does not use it to train its models.
The assistant never changes anything on its own: it proposes, and you approve. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Yes. The account's primary owner can delete it from Settings → Danger zone, confirming with a code sent by email. Access ends for everyone at once, and the owner can still restore the account for a while afterwards, for example to export records.

You sign in with an email and password, a Google account or Telegram, and an email address is verified before its first sign-in. Repeated wrong passwords lock sign-in for a while and send you an email.
Under Profile → Active sessions you can see every device signed in to your account and sign any of them out, and you are told when a new device signs in.
Yes. A new company gets a 14-day free trial, whether it is created on the website, with a Google account or through the Telegram bot, and no payment method is needed to start. When it ends, the account moves to the free plan and its limits; nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
By plan and by the number of trucks in your account; trailers and other equipment are not counted. Once you have an account, current plans and prices are on the Billing page in the dashboard. Before that, or for a larger fleet, write to [email protected] and we will send them.
By card, through Stripe. Once you are on a paid plan, Manage payment on the Billing page opens Stripe's page, where you can update your card and download invoices. To change or end your plan, write to [email protected].
Write to [email protected] or use the contact page. Inside the product, the assistant answers questions about your own account, and guided tours walk you through parts of the dashboard.
